Dinner and a Movie

Kade is so great at making sure we do something together, alone, every once in a while.  We don't go on official dates a lot because of the drive, but we still have our alone time and he makes sure that it happens.  All growing up, I remember that my parents never quit dating and they still do.

Although I didn't accomplish much this spring break, we did go to town on a date.  We watched Need for Speed, and it was a wonderfully intense movie, I enjoyed how clean they kept it.  But my favorite part was how Kade came home early for work with everything worked out, it was a  surprise date.

I made him take a picture together before we left, it was mighty windy, and this was the only one that I liked.

Spring 2014

Spring is here and I just keep wishing for the wind to stop, so I can enjoy the warmer weather.  We have had such high winds here.  You have them for a straight week, get a day maybe two without, and they come roaring back.  I'm not sure I would notice, but my kids want to play outside and I don't want to blow away.

On the nicer days, we have already got some play time in.  This post is mostly for the pictures, as always.

This weekend we met Bubba, auntie Trecia took the kiddos for a ride.  We live around all sorts of horses, but have to drive to Blackfoot to get anyone to take us on a ride.  :)  Thanks again Jake and Trecia for being so awesome.

I am hoping next week has nice weather, it is spring break and I want to enjoy it.

My Friday!

I finally made it to town to meet my newest niece Nayvie!  I really enjoyed holding her, and visiting with her mama.   Here is some baby spam, she is a cutie!

While we were in town, we picked up some white onesies, so that I could try a little project.

My cousin is having a baby boy, and this is the gift I made for him.  They turned out better then I hoped! I wanted to find a small & easy project to try on my sewing machine. KADE'S PHONE PURGE

The kids dumped milk on Kade's phone about a week ago.  By the time we saw it, the phone was hot.  We did the usual rice and stuff, the phone worked but the screen never would do anything.  We got him a cheap replacement.  As I was playing with it last night, I saw some oldie pictures that I never had him send to me.
