Welcome to Mud Lake Population 358
If you didn't find out through Facebook we officially moved in. I am now a resident of Mud Lake, my address is technically in Terreton, but we are here. No joke, population three hundred fifty. We are not sure how long we will be in this rental home, we could buy it, but we don't what we are doing yet...big surprise.
We are happy to finally be able to unpack and move in. I have not got much unpacked, it is a big mess, but I am hoping to someday get ahead.
Right after we moved in Kade and I got sick. We both had the flu and now a cold...too much stress I guess. So as soon as we are feeling better, maybe more will get accomplished. Here is to better days, ones that consist of feeling better.
We have really liked our ward so far, they have brought us food, SCORE! But unlike Kade I don't know people out here, so it will really be a struggle getting to know everyone, wish me luck.

Addyson at 7 Months
My Baby girl is getting so BIG.
She now says dad, and mama....mostly when she is crying. I am excited for when she understands what mama and dada mean. She also says baba!
She is sure a little talker.
She is now so good at sitting by herself, she still tumbles from time to time.

She can now go from laying down to sitting up, I don't remember Drake doing this but she is on her back and sits straight up, like a mummy coming to life!
She has is now only taking 1 to 2 naps a day, and gets up the same time even if she hasn't slept very good the night before
she loves her crib, when we were not set up with one, she slept very poorly. She was in a small bassenet and she couln't roll over freely and she work up so often.
She lunges forward, sometimes I think she is about to crawl, but I think it will still be a while before that, and that is just fine.
These next pictures where she is in yellow were taken a few days before she turned 7 months!
This is her model look!
Her crazy face!
Such a beautiful girl
She was singing at the top of her LUNGs
after boating! a fun day
These next two were from my friend Suzie's wedding...right before it started.
Addyson has just two teeth still...but it looks like she will be a vampire soon! I can see those eye teeth coming down.
:D
She really loves attention, if you leave her alone she crys. She hates strangers holding her, if she can see me, or if she is in my lap she is okay and very happy to smile at everyone. She has a real sense of strnager danger, which can be such a pain, because I love when other people hold her :D
This was taken the first Sunday after she turned 7 months! So pretty
The rest are random pictures taken after she turned 7 months! Sorry lots of pictures!
I didn't get any formal pictures done. Normally I set up a time and do a bunch of pictures, so she is dressed up cute. But she hates headbands now, she takes them out unless i distract her, that never lasts long. and I admit I have gotten lazy when it comes to pictures.

Moving Hopefully
We found a place to rent. We still have things to work out before it is 100% but it looks like it is pretty much a go. We have found a few houses we really wanted to buy with acreage...but way over what we can afford. Steph and Dan, Kade's older sister and her family of 5 will be coming to live with Kade's parents in August, and we want there to be plenty of room for them. We have spent a few nights at Kade's parents and Kade has driven a lot to work from I.F. so we are really trying to find something more permanent, that is closer to work.
Looks like we will rent out our home to my cousin, starting August, her husband is going to do some updating. Eventually we would like to turn it into a triplex and make money off of it. I am thinking it will work out well.
This house we "most likely" will rent is a small and an old farm house. It is DIRECTLY across the street from Kade's job. No kidding he can walk, it is perfect for that. There are some downsides. It is still small, and it needs some upkeep. Kade personally knows the owners, so I am hoping we can do some work to it with their permission. Like painting and making it look less outdated. Even though it is small it is a place of our own and we don't have to share :D
It is basically in the parking lot of Ike's place. It is a gas station that is one of the main businesses there, but we are just a few steps away from pizza :D So this house will often have semi trucks pulling into the driveway to pull into Ike's. There is lots of traffic, and it is more then I want to spend a month, but it looks like our only option. Unless we plan on living with people, but I really hate doing that. I want my privacy. :D
I have a few pictures from a website. I will take some to show off once it is official. It only has 2 bedrooms but it has an extra room without a closet. They used it for a computer room, but it could easily be another room for the kids to sleep in. The rest of the house is interesting. There is a built in desk in the dinning room. The washer and dryer hookup are in the kitchen and I am not looking forward to that, at least we have a hookup :D. The kitchen is small and the rooms are too, but it will be okay for now.
There is a storage room under the porch. I will probably never use it, it is scary. It reminds me of Wray and Cortnie's first house where their washer and dryer were kept. They said they used it once to take cover from a tornado...so at least we have a shelter if something happens, LOL.
Today they had someone cleaning the carpet. It will be ready as soon as we are. We have to get some things still figured out before we can move. I am excited to get things finally in place. It only took like a month and a half LOL.

kitchen sink :( so small
Front/side yard, we do get half of an acre, YAY.
You can see Ike's building and gas tanks on the left of the pic.

there are the washer and dryer hookups, yup in the VERY middle of the kitchen.

This is the desk in the middle of the dinning room. Interesting :D
But it works good for us because we got rid of our desk and only have a computer chair lol

4th of July 2012 (Fireworks)
They were beautiful and we all sat and watched as the MEN lit fireworks.
the group and the flag :D
Just the girls, Addyson doesn't seem amused
Kade is grumpy cuz I dropped the kids on him :D
The girls looking grumpy because we want sparklers too lol
We had a lot of fun! Drake really enjoyed the sparklers and the pop things...not sure what they are called, but there is a video on FB!
Here is Drake with a sparkler, he thought he was awesome! I on the other hand was really nervous.
