Camera Update

Basically my camera is toast!  We dried it out and took it apart.  It turns on, but when you take a picture it is really fuzzy and has lines all through it.  I guess we will be camera shopping sometime soon because I am always taking pictures!  So, if you have suggestions on a lower end camera I would love some advice.
